Compass Community Involvement
Compass our employee-led community outreach team is charged with changing the direction of the communities we serve through fundraising, raising awareness, events, and the performance of good deeds. Their mission is to help set the course for a better future in the communities we serve. The group supports organizations through charity events, an annual golf outing, FSTFest, pop tab collections, street and park cleanups, and much more.
Dedicating Time to our Community
Through thousands of annual volunteer hours and donations, our team is driven to support the neighborhoods we operate in. And we prioritize having fun together while making a difference. Each employee-owner receives 16 hours of paid time to volunteer in their local community at charities of their choice. Having fun at work makes the world better for our employees, our customers and our communities.
