In 2023, HYWAY joined an employee stock ownership plan powered by OneCompass Holdings. This transition aligned the brand to have a culture rooted in shared ownership, accountability, and a unified drive to deliver at a higher standard. Dancer Logistics founded in Delphos, OH
FST Logistics becomes an Employee-Owned Company

OneCompass Holdings was founded by FST's business leaders, to operate as a holdings company for future acquisitions, benefiting employees and their stock price
